Note - Fees pay for the right to sell an item(s) on Naughtybids. You do not purchase any exclusive rights to a Web page on Naughtybids. Naughtybids may, in our sole discretion, and without your consent or payment to you, place third party advertisements on any Web page within our site.

Bidding & Browsing Fees
There is never any charge to you by Naughtybids for bidding on items or browsing the site.

Insertion Fees
There are currently no insertion fees on NaughtyBids, subject to change at a later date.

10 Day Listing Fees
There is a 10 cent listing fee when an auction length of 10 is chosen. This fee is charged regardless if the items sells.

Featured Fee
There is a 75 cent featured fee if you choose to feature your item. By featuring your item it will appear before all other non-featured items when potential bidders browse the items by category.

Home Page Featured Fee
There is a $2.00 home page featured fee if you choose to feature your item on the home page. By featuring your item on the home page your item will appear on the home page when randomly selected from all other items that were listed with this option. This items listed on the home page change each time a user comes to the home page. The chances of your item being displayed is based on how many other currently running auctions there are with this option selected. By choosing this option your auction is automatically featured in the category as described in the Featured Fee above.

Highlight Fee
There is a 20 cent highlight fee if you choose this option. By choosing this option your item will appear with a yellow highlight band when potential bidders are browsing the items by category.

Bold Fee
There is a 10 cent bold fee if you choose this option. By choosing this option your item will appear in bold-face type when potential bidders are browsing the items by category.

Image Hosting Fee
There is a 45 cent fee per image uploaded if you choose this option. By choosing this option, you will be able to upload images to display in your auctions.

Gallery Image Fee
There is a 25 cent fee for using this feature. By choosing this option the image listed will be listed in the search results and Item list (department) when a Naughtybids user is logged in.

Final Value Fees
At the end of an auction, you will be charged a Final Value Fee based on the final sale price (final value) of your item if your item sells. If your item does not sell there is no final value fee charged for your listing. In this case you are instead charged the insertion fee described above.

Regular and Reserve Auctions (when the reserve has been met)
The final value is the closing bid. Remember, there is no Final Value Fee charged if the reserve is not met.

Dutch Auctions
The final value is the lowest successful bid, multiplied by the quantity of items you sold.

Then here's how you calculate your Final Value Fee:

Take the first $100.00 of your final value, and calculate 7% of that. If your item sold for $100.00 or less, this is your Final Value Fee.

If your final value was more than $100.00, take the additional amount, from $100.01 to $1000.00, and calculate 5% of that.

If your final value was more than $1000.00, take that additional amount and calculate 2.5% of the remaining amount.

Add these amounts together and you have your Final Value Fee!

$0 - $100.00	7% of the closing value
$100.01 - $1000.00	7% of the initial $100.00, plus 5% of the remaining closing value balance.
Over $1000.00	7% of the initial $100.00, plus 5% of the amount from $100.01-$1000.00, plus 2.5% of the remaining closing value balance.

You will not be charged a Final Value Fee if:

There were no bids on your item. Instead you are charged the insertion fee.

If there were no bids that met your reserve price for your Reserve Price Auction. Instead you are charged the insertion fee.

But you will be charged a Final Value Fee:

Whether or not you consummate the sale with the buyer

Payment Terms
Sellers are required to place a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) on file for automatic monthly billing. Placing a credit card on file allows unlimited access to list items as long as Naughtybids is able to authorize the card for each billing period's payment amount. Naughtybids requires payment in full each billing period for items that closed within that period.

Debit and check cards (with a Visa or MasterCard logo) are an acceptable form of payment in lieu of a credit card. However, please keep in mind that debit and check cards are not credit cards and may be subject to daily and/or transaction limits. Contact your issuing bank to determine if your card is subject to these limits or any other restrictions that may apply.

Invoicing Procedures and Payments
Naughtybids billing cycle runs twice each month. The first billing cycle is for auctions that closed on the 1st through the 15th of each month. The second billing cycle is for auctions that closed on the 16th through the end of each month.

You will normally be billed within five days of the close of each of these cycles. Your credit card will be billed automatically
